The talent will be responsible for identifying key talents for various clients in the stipulated time and under the guidelines required by the clients. This will be possible by conducting competency-based interviews, applying evaluation tools like DISC, THOMAS, among others, and constant monitoring of the key performance indicators defined for the area.
The talent must meet the following minimum requirements:
Analyst Graduate of Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
100% English language proficiency since you will conduct interviews in English to identify client talents and must prepare reports in English.
High proficiency in MS Office package, with strength in Word, Excel.
Experience in recruitment key performance indicators.
Minimum experience as a Senior recruiter of 3 years hiring Administrative, Managerial, and directive positions, for various sectors.
Experience in competency-based interviews, DISC, Thomas, among other psychometric tools.
Knowledge of recruitment software (ATS Applicant tracking systems) among other recruitment softwares.
Experience in ISO 9001 internal external audits, desirable.
Curiosity to learn new ways of work.
